STORE INFO & POLICY - UPDATED 15/11/2010

!* Rebel Xtravaganza *! main store is currently located in Meow SIM.

!* Rebel Xtravaganza *! focuses mainly on clothes and accessories (mostly for girls now, but the male section will expand soon... I hope), but it offers also cute furniture and home decor. I tend not to follow fashion trends too much, I do what I like to wear or have in my home, not what fashion magazines say it's good to have (unless I like it very much, but still with my personal twist :D)... I hope you'll appreciate this approach and if not, it's full of stores out there, which do exactly what I don't... :)



NOW PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A BETTER SL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE:

HOW DO I KNOW ABOUT ITEMS PERMISSIONS?
They're usually clearly stated on my panels, if you're unsure, just click on "buy" on the pie menu and you will see the specific permission for every item in the package. You won't actually buy anything until you click on "buy" again in the new window, so don't worry about that ;)

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE I'M BUYING AND WHAT'S NOT?
Again, you'll see everything you need to know written on panels, so, please, read it carefully BEFORE buying. If unsure, use the "buy" option to see what's inside as written above.

HOW DO I BUY SOMETHING AS A GIFT?
You have two options:
...either go to my SL Marketplace page which is located here and use the "send as gift" option
...or follow these instructions:
create a new notecard, change the title to "FROM: YOUR FULL NAME - GIFT REQUEST" or something similar, but, PLEASE, be sure your FULL NAME is in the title (and preferably IN the notecard AS WELL). Then, in the notecard, write the name of the recipient (FULL NAME) and the item/s you would like them to get (please try to be as accurate as possible about the name of the items and colours to avoid mistakes ;) ). Open my profile (my SL name is Rouge Darcy in case it wasn't clear) and drag and drop the notecard on my profile. Then simply wait for my reply (which doesn't take more than some hours usually. If I'm away for some days, you'll see that written on my profile in any case).
Don't use IMs unless your 100% sure that I'm online, they get capped pretty easily and therefore LOST... FOREVER... REALLY! :)

DO YOU REFUND/EXCHANGE ITEMS?
ONLY if you buy the SAME item twice by mistake or because of SL lag AND the item is marked as NO TRANS. Just tell me about it (by notecard please) and I'll refund the double item, or exchange it with something else.

MY PRIM SKIRT / SHOES / WHATEVER DOESN'T FIT ME PROPERLY, WHAT DO I DO?
SL shapes can be very different from each other, so chances are that prims won't end up in the exact spot I've meant them to end or that some items will be too big or too small for your shape.
All prim items that can incur in this "problem" are MOD or scripted, so that you can adapt them to your shape. If you don't know how to modify them, please have a look at Torley Linden's video tutorials, they cover a lot of useful topics and some of them will explain you exactly what you need to know in order to modify your prims better than any written explanation.
If you're still not able to modify the items yourself, please let me know (always by notecard) and I'll see what I can do to help you :)

DO YOU DO CUSTOM WORKS?
It depends... on time at disposal and on me liking the project basically. So try asking, the worst that can happen is me saying "sorry, no" ;)

I'VE BOUGHT "INSERT ITEM NAME HERE" FROM YOU, SL TOOK MY MONEY, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING
This is a pretty common SL issue and unfortunately I can't do anything to prevent it.
If it happens, go to the Second Life website, log in and click on "Transaction history" in "My Account". Scroll your history until you find the failed transaction, copy and paste everything about it in a notecard, change the title to "FROM: YOUR FULL SL NAME - FAILED TRANSACTION" or something similar (but don't forget your FULL name or I won't be able to get back to you) and drag and drop it from your inventory to my profile. I'll get back to you as soon as possible :)
